Service discontinued at end of trial period without subscription. Services removed at end of trial period: Real time traffic, dynamic rerouting, weather, live point of interest updates and map updates.

Subscription is AU$15 a month, or AU$110 annually.

Basic on-board GPS navigation continues to function without subscription.

What is Connected Built-In Navigation?

Your vehicle has SYNC4 and a built-in satellite navigation system. Connected Built-In Navigation is a Connected Service that enhances your experience by providing benefits such as live traffic updates, weather information, and updated maps.

I didn’t know I had a trial. When did it commence?

Your vehicle came with a one-year trial of Connected Built-In Navigation, which commenced on the vehicle's warranty start date. When you created a Ford app account and fully activated the vehicle’s modem, your vehicle started receiving the Connected Service.

If you’ve received an email notifying you that your trial is expiring, that means you still have time to experience it, before deciding whether to subscribe.

What happens after the trial ends?

If you choose not to subscribe to Connected Built-In Navigation once your trial expires, your built-in navigation system will still function, but access to additional functionality (such as live traffic updates, weather information, and updated maps) will be discontinued.

If you use Driver Assist features such as Traffic Sign Recognition, Intelligent Adaptive Cruise Control, and Intelligent Speed Assist, we recommend that you keep map data updated via Connected Built-In Navigation.
