No support or sale of parts outside of warranty

The design of TUBRO's pool heater is such that the stabilizing bar for the fan is easily broken and will shatter the fan blades. Their support says parts cannot be purchased. According to their warranty page, the warranty is 1 year from purchase date and must be purchased through an official retailer and is non-transferrable.[2] After the warranty expires there is no support or parts or service.

I got a Manatee M20 pool heater from a pallet of return-goods that had a shattered fan from a broken top mount and contacted support. They replied with an email:

"Hi there,

Thank you for reaching out. However, we do not offer replacement parts as customers are not suggested disassembling the unit.

Best regards,

Sky
