Merkury Innovations imports personal electronics under various sub-brands. Devices are imported from manufactures in Hong Kong and China[1] who specialize in the various product lines. Merkury Innovations and its sub-brands offer inexpensive devices with limited support with reports from users indicate the company is not responsive to communication when support is required.[2]
